Deputies with the Isle of Wight County Sheriff’s Workplace arrested Marjorie Fischer in mid-November 2017, weeks after they raided her store on Carrollton Boulevard.
The store, Depraved Vapes, had been on the middle of an investigation into unlawful playing for a number of months previous to the sting.
